The cultivated strawberry ( Fragaria × ananassa ) is an economically important fruit crop that intensively bred for improved sensory qualities. diversity of flavors and aromas in results mainly from the interactions sugars, acids, volatile organic compounds (VOCs) are derived diverse biochemical pathways influenced by expression many genes.
